Post Increment CTC Updation
i. Preparation of Revised CTC
After the increment is finalised, HR of Head Office prepares the post increment CTC structures for all the employees of ICL Head Office. It is then sent to the Accounts department for a check.
ii Updation of Revised CTC in HRMS
The details of the revised CTC for all the units is input in a format generated from HRMS and sent to payroll department for updation in the System.
